Section 159C:11 - Use of information contained in no sales solicitation listing

Information contained in the no sales solicitation listing established pursuant to this chapter shall be used only for the purposes of compliance with this chapter or in a proceeding or action under section 8. Such information shall not be subject to public inspection or disclosure.
