Section 152:56 - Joint and several policies

Two or more insurance companies authorized to issue such insurance policies in the commonwealth may unite in issuing joint and several workers' compensation policies which may be headed by the names of all such companies. Such policies shall be subject to approval by the commissioner of insurance.
