Section 149A:10 - Applicability

Sections 26, 27, 27A, 27B, 27C, 27D, 29, 29C, and 34A of chapter 149, and sections 39F, 39J, 39K, 39N, 39O, 39P and 39R of chapter 30 shall apply to all building projects using the construction management at risk delivery method as provided in this chapter.
