No person shall employ a minor or permit him to work in, about or in connection with any saloon or bar room where alcoholic liquors are sold. No person shall knowingly take or send any such minor or cause or permit him to be sent to any disorderly house or house of prostitution or assignation or other immoral place of resort or amusement.
