Section 146:74 - Safety appliances; tampering; maximum pressure

No person shall remove or tamper with any safety appliance prescribed by the board or by the ASME Code, section one, four or eight. The safety relief valve shall not be loaded to a greater pressure than that allowed by the certificate of inspection for the boiler.
