Section 146:61A - Board of examiners; examination of applicants for competency to inspect amusement devices

Three inspectors of the office of inspections of the division of professional licensure shall act as a board of examiners for the certification of competency to inspect amusement devices. The applicant shall be examined in such matters as the inspectors shall deem relevant.
