Current through Chapter 118 of the 2024 Legislative Session
A fee to be determined annually by the state fire marshal of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven shall be paid to the commissioner by the owner, agent or user of any such tank or other receptacle for every inspection thereof. Said fee shall be payable in advance of any such inspection. The state fire marshal shall pay to the commonwealth all sums so received.
