Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 140 § 185E

Section 140:185E - Recordkeeping

A licensee shall keep full and accurate sets of records showing:

(i) the prices at which all tickets have been bought and sold by such licensee; and

(ii) the names and addresses of the person, firm or corporation from whom they were bought.
