Section 125:7 - Suggestions for alterations in rules of commissioner; books of accounts

The superintendent of each such institution shall from time to time suggest to the commissioner in writing such alterations in the commissioner's rules as he considers advisable for the direction of the officers and employees of the institution and its government.
