Section 123:2A - Factors to be considered when contracting for services in geographically-isolated communities

When promulgating regulations governing the contracting for services, the department shall establish within its regulations additional factors to be considered when contracting for services in geographically-isolated communities, including, but not limited to, travel and transportation, to ensure availability and access to services.
