Section 117A:4 - Persons neither lawfully admitted for permanent residence or otherwise permanently residing in United States under color of law

A person who is neither a citizen of the United States nor lawfully admitted for permanent residence or otherwise permanently residing in the United States under color of law shall be ineligible for assistance under the provisions of this chapter.
