Section 112:210 - Notice to board of principal place of business address; other addresses at which engaged in business; residential address; change of address; application for amended license

Each licensed dietitian/nutritionist shall advise the board of the address of his principal place of business and all other addresses at which he is currently engaged in business. He shall immediately give written notification to the board for the change of address and apply for an amended license. He shall also advise the board in writing of his current residential address.
