Section 112:87X - Advertising, publishing or issuance of misrepresentation or false or misleading statements by licensee

No licensee shall include in any advertising or publish, issue or make any misrepresentation or false, fraudulent or misleading statements through the press, circulation of advertising matter, radio, television, display signs or otherwise.
