Section 111:24J - Medical respite services program; Boston health care for the homeless program

There is hereby established a program of medical respite services provided by the Boston health care for the homeless program. Said program shall be administered by the department, subject to appropriation. Any revenues generated by said program shall be credited to the General Fund.
