Section 98:7 - Neglect to provide suitable place for keeping standards; loss or damage

Every such sealer who neglects to provide a suitable place for keeping such standards, or to keep them in good order and repair, or who suffers any of them through his neglect to be lost, damaged or destroyed, shall forfeit five hundred dollars.
