Section 94:240 - Sale of coal, coke and charcoal by weight

Coal shall be sold by weight, and, except when sold by cargo, two thousand pounds avoirdupois shall be the standard for the ton. Coke and charcoal in any quantities shall be sold only by weight or measure.
