Section 128C:9 - [Multiple Versions] Simulcast or acceptance of wager on greyhound dog racing by racing meeting licensee prohibited

Notwithstanding sections 1 to 8, inclusive, or any other general or special law to the contrary, no racing meeting licensee, including a licensee holding racing meetings in connection with a state or county fair, as defined in section 1 of chapter 128A, shall simulcast or accept a simulcast wager on greyhound dog racing.
