Section 128:38C - Agricultural fairs; facilities and land resources; preservation and rehabilitation

The commissioner may develop a program to assist in the preservation and rehabilitation of facilities and land resources of agricultural fairs in the commonwealth through short-term preservation covenants, grants, demonstration projects and other means. The commissioner may promulgate regulations relative thereto.
