Section 92A 1/2:18 - Public entity status; eligibility for grants and assistance

The division shall be deemed to be a public entity under section 26A of chapter 21 and shall be eligible for grants and other assistance under the Massachusetts Clean Water Act and other program of federal or state assistance for water supply, or related purposes.
