The Bristol county agricultural school and the Norfolk county agricultural school shall provide instruction in agriculture and, at a time approved by the commissioner, in household arts or homemaking. The Essex agricultural and technical institute may establish, equip, and maintain, with the approval of the commissioner, a household arts school and such other types of vocational education described in sections one to twenty-two, inclusive, as the trustees deem advisable.
