Section 69:31C - Notification of accreditation of institution to applicant for admission upon acceptance required

Any college, university, community college, junior college and other school of higher education, whether public or private, shall, upon accepting any applicant for admission to such institution, notify said applicant in writing whether or not said institution has been accredited by a recognized regional or professional accrediting agency.
