Section 53:16 - Certificates, etc.; public inspection, preservation; etc

Certificates of nomination, nomination papers, objections thereto and withdrawals, when filed, shall, under proper regulations, be open to public inspection, and the state secretary and the city and town clerks shall preserve the same in their offices for one year.
