Current through Chapter 373 of the 2024 Legislative Session, with the exception of Acts not available as of 1/14/2025
If an error or informality is found in any nomination paper, it shall be forthwith returned to the secretary of the committee by whom it was filed, for correction; and if not corrected and again filed before five o'clock in the afternoon of the day following its return to said secretary, it shall be void.
