Current through Chapters 1 to 249 and Chapters 253 to 255 of the 2024 Legislative Session
In this chapter "town" shall not include city. In this chapter "park" shall include a city or town common dedicated to the use of the public, or appropriated to such use without interruption for a period of twenty years.
