Section 43D:12 - BenefitsA priority development site shall be eligible for the following:
(a) priority consideration for community development action grants, and public works economic development grants; (b) priority consideration for other state resources such as quasi-public financing and training programs; (c) brownfields remediation assistance; (d) enhanced marketing by the Massachusetts office of business development, and the Massachusetts alliance for economic development; and(e) technical assistance provided by the regional planning council.
