Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 38 § 1
Current through Chapter 89 of the 2024 Legislative Session
As used in this chapter, the following words shall, unless the context requires otherwise, have the following meanings:-
"Commission", to the commission on medicolegal investigation, established by section one hundred and eighty-four of chapter six.
"Office", the office of the chief medical examiner.
