Subject to the acceptance of this section as hereinafter provided, the salaries of county commissioners, payable by their respective counties in full for all services performed by said commissioners except as otherwise provided, shall be as follows:
No salary payable under section five shall be increased in any county under the provisions of this section unless the county commissioners of such county have voted to accept the provisions of this section.
