Section 64G:15 - Chapter not applicable where use is prohibited by homeowner's association agreement or requirements, rental agreement or other restrictions, covenants, requirements or enforceable agreement

Nothing in this chapter shall confer a right to lease, sublease or otherwise offer a residential unit as a short-term rental where such use is prohibited by a homeowner's association agreement or requirements, a rental agreement or any other restriction, covenant, requirement or enforceable agreement.

Added by Acts 2018, c. 337,§ 8, eff. 3/28/2019, effective for transfers of occupancies in bed and breakfast establishments, hotels, lodging houses and motels beginning on or after July 1, 2019.
