Section 60:94 - Accounts and receipts of collectors; exhibiting on request of municipal officers

The aldermen or selectmen may require the collector once in two months to exhibit to them a true account of all money received on the taxes committed to him, and to produce the treasurer's receipts for all money paid into the treasury by him.
