Section 9:29 - State ballot law commission and records conservation board within department

The state ballot law commission and the records conservation board shall be within the department of the state secretary; provided, that nothing herein shall be construed as diminishing the powers and duties conferred and imposed upon the foregoing agencies by any provision of law.
