Section 6A:18E - Civil proceedings against municipalities to institute enhanced 911 service

The attorney general may, at the request of the department or on the attorney generals own initiative, institute civil proceedings against any municipality or other governmental body operating a PSAP, or any enhanced 911 service provider or communication services provider, to enforce sections 18A to 18J, inclusive.
