Section 6:15PPPP - Thomas Paine Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart January 29 as Thomas Paine Day, in honor of one of America's founding fathers, a patriot and the author of the influential "Common Sense", and recommending that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
