Section 6:15AAAAA - Bill of Rights Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart December 15 as Bill of Rights Day, in respect for the first 10 Amendments to the United States Constitution, and recommending that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
