Section 12:8G - Attorney general as a party; service

The attorney general shall be made a party to all judicial proceedings in which he may be interested in the performance of his duties under the provisions of sections eight to eight M, inclusive, and service upon or notice to the director in any such proceeding shall be deemed sufficient service upon or notice to the attorney general.
