Current through Chapter 245 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 231)
There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against, the Chief Financial Officer, the department, the office, or any of their employees or agents for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties under this chapter.
