Section 627.918 - Reporting formats(1) The office shall require that the reporting provided for in this part be made on forms established by the commission or in a format compatible with the office's electronic data processing equipment.(2) The reporting forms and formats established by the commission shall not provide for repeated collection of identical information relating to a single independent data element except when repeated collection of such information is necessary to accomplish the purpose of the section under which the information is reported.ss. 624, 809(2nd), ch. 82-243; s. 79, ch. 82-386; s.114, ch. 92-318; s.1234, ch. 2003-261.
