Section 468.213 - [Effective Until 7/1/2025] Licensure by endorsement; waiver of examination requirement(1) The board may grant a license to any person who meets the requirements for licensure by endorsement under s. 456.0145 .(2) The board may waive the examination and grant a license to any applicant who presents proof of current licensure as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant in a foreign national jurisdiction which requires standards for licensure determined by the board to be equivalent to the requirements for licensure in this part .s. 9, ch. 75-179; s. 2, ch. 81-318; ss. 6, 12, 13, ch. 84-4; s. 4, ch. 91-429; s.127, ch. 97-264.Amended by 2024 Fla.
