Section 16.535 - Legal Services Trust Fund(1) There is created in the State Treasury the Legal Services Trust Fund to be used by the Attorney General in providing legal services to agencies on a contractual basis.(2) State agencies contracting for legal services with the Department of Legal Affairs are authorized to make advance payments on a quarterly basis.s. 5, ch. 82-196; s. 2, ch. 85-123.
