Section 42-3502.15a - [Effective Until 8/1/2024] Voluntary agreement moratorium(a) Notwithstanding the requirements of § 42-3502.15, tenants and housing providers shall not enter into a voluntary agreement pursuant to§ 42-3502.15(a) for one year beginning on October 1, 2023.(b)Subsection (a) of this section shall not affect any voluntary agreements that have already been approved by the Rent Administrator pursuant to § 42-3502.15(b) prior to October 1, 2021.Amended by D.C.
