Section 36-641.12 - Game of skill machine use by minors prohibited.(a) A licensee shall not permit a person under the age of 18 to use or play a game of skill machine.(b) The Office may suspend or revoke a license and issue a fine, in accordance with section 415, against a licensee that knowingly allows a person under the age of 18 to use or play a game of skill machine.
