Section 31-3875.08 - Failure to comply and penalties(a) Any failure by a utilization review entity to comply with the requirements specified in this title shall result in the health care service in question being deemed approved.(b) An action by a utilization review entity that establishes a pattern or practice of repeated violations of this title, as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Insurance and Securities Regulation, shall constitute a violation of the Insurance Trade and Economic Development Amendment Act of 2000, effective April 3, 2001 (D.C.
