In reviewing the trial court's decision whether to release an insanity acquittee unconditionally or conditionally, the Court of Appeals will uphold the decision unless it is "plainly wrong or without evidence to support it." D.C. Code §17-305(a). Conclusion Defendant's motion for unconditional release should be denied.
