Section 3-603 - Statement of authority

The authority of the Council to establish a Boxing and Wrestling Commission is granted in subsections (a) and (b) of § 1-204.04.

Applicability

Applicability of D.C. Law 22-228: § 3 of D.C. Law 22-228 provided that the change made to this section by § 2(c) of D.C. Law 22-228 is subject to the inclusion of the law's fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
