Within one year of the applicability date of this act, and on the anniversary of the first report each year thereafter, the DSPRC shall submit a report to the Council that addresses each of the duties required by section 3.

Applicability
Applicability of D.C. Law 22-264: § 5 of D.C. Law 22-264 provided that the creation of this section by § 4 of D.C. Law 22-264 is subject to the inclusion of the law's fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
