Section 10-551.01a - [Not funded.] Definitions.For the purposes of this section, the term: (1) "Department" means the Department of General Services.(2) "LEED-CS" and "LEED-NC" shall have the same meanings as provided in section 2(28) and (30), respectively, of the Green Building Act of 2006, effective March 8, 2007 (D.C. Law 16-234; D.C. Official Code§ 6-1451.01(28) and (30)) .(3) "Net zero energy compliance" shall have the same meaning as provided in section 3(a)(7) of the Green Buildings Act of 2006, effective March 8, 2007 (D.C. Law 16-234; D.C. Official Code § 6-1451.02(a)(7)) .
