Section 1-325.221 - Definitions

For the purposes of this part, the term:

(1) "Fund" means the City Innovation Fund established in § 1-325.222.

(2) "Grant-managing entity" means the Greater Washington Community Foundation.

Applicability of D.C. Law 20-61: Section 11001 of D.C. Law 20-61 provided that, except as otherwise provided, the act shall apply as of October 1, 2013.
