Section 1-1162.08 - Quorum; delegation(a) A majority of the sitting members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.(b) The Board may delegate to an individual member or to the Director of Government Ethics its power to investigate or hold a hearing.Apr. 27, 2012, D.C. Section 1086(a) of D.C. D.C. Law 22-168 provided that the amendments made to this section by 1083(i)(1) of D.C. D.C. Law 22-168 shall apply as of August 30, 2018.
