Section 6111 - Real or immovable property; acquisition, lease, rental or disposal(a) The county government may acquire real or immovable property in such amounts as it may find necessary to fulfill the needs of the County.(b) The county government may enter into a lease or rental agreement with any public or private entity for any real or immovable property of the County.(c) The county government may dispose of any real or immovable property not needed by the County.59 Del.
