Whenever all shareholders of a professional corporation cease at any time, and for any reason, to be licensed, certified or registered in the particular professional service or at least one of the qualified related professional services for which such professional corporation was organized, the professional corporation shall thereupon be treated as converted into and shall operate henceforth solely as a business corporation under applicable provisions of Chapter 1 of this title, exclusive of this chapter.
