Section 919 - Menhaden fishing; penalties(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish, use, employ or attempt to fish, use or employ any purse seine to take or attempt to take menhaden in the tidal waters of this State.(i) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a Class A environmental misdemeanor.
